Digital Transformation & MarTech Manager

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & MarTech Manager to support and drive digital transformation initiatives across the Americas region.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys connecting business needs with technology solutions and working cross-functionally to improve digital platforms, processes, integrations, and business operations.

You will collaborate with regional and integral teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to implement and continuously improve digital solutions that support the organization.

What You'll Do

- Support and drive digital transformation initiatives across the Americas region.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes supporting digital, marketing, and business operations.
- Identify business needs and opportunities that can be addressed through technology solutions.
- Evaluate technology solutions and collaborate with internal teams and external providers during implementation.
- Support the evolution and continuous improvement of websites across the Americas region.
- Develop and maintain data governance and data quality processes.
- Coordinate and support integrations across digital platforms and enterprise systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology processes and operational efficiency.
- Build and manage integrations between websites, Marketing Automation, CRM, and ERP platforms.
- Support technology governance and process consistency across the region.
- Develop, document, and promote regional technology processes.
- Provide first-line support for digital and marketing technologies and related processes.
- Support the maintenance, governance, and quality of Americas marketing databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver digital initiatives and business results.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.




- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Digital Transformation, Digital Technology, MarTech, or related areas.
- Experience driving digital or technology projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of website development and web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end/back-end processes.
- Experience working with CRM platforms; SAP experience is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms; SAP Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and integration processes.
- Experience with B2B digital technologies and platforms.
- Knowledge or experience with enterprise e-commerce environments and technologies such as Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Transportation Management (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Knowledge of AI applications and emerging technologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Hoshin Kanri.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Availability for international travel and a current VISA.
