About the Role

Lead the end-to-end design, development, validation, and release of various cooling components, ensuring they’re properly integrated and meet all functional objectives both at component level,



while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet performance, safety, quality, and timing objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university.

Required Skills

- 1-5 years of experience in HVAC and duct design/development.
- Other related design experience (Engine cooling, Aero-Thermal) also a plus.
- Strong PC + MS Office skills required.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter and motivated to produce results.
- Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
- Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R;).
- Basic thermodynamics knowledge.
