You will inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team, drive financial performance through effective cost management, and collaborate with key departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining Rosewood's standards of service, hygiene, and operational excellence.

- Strong expertise in culinary operations, menu development, food quality standards, and banquet execution.

- Proven experience managing food costs, labor expenses,



budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse culinary teams.

- Extensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational best practices.

- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain exceptional quality standards while balancing financial performance and operational efficiency.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
