The idóneo candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Analyze financial performance and key financial indicators to support business decisions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Lead, develop, and supervise the Finance team.
- Establish and improve internal controls, financial processes, and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance-related positions,



preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading Mexico and U.S. financial operations.
- Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with financial consolidation, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
- Strong knowledge of budget variance analysis and financial controls.
- Experience with customs and international trade is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid Laser Visa.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
