Main Purpose

Responsible for leading general reliability and maintenance engineering strategies across all OUs to achieve world class operational readiness. Ensure the safe, effective operations of the company production assets with a bias for continuos improvement and operational excellence. Asset replacement strategy and capture external equipment selling opportunities for punctual needs in each OU.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing asset management strategies: is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the reliability, availability, and maintainability of the organization's assets.
- Conducting asset risk assessments: identifies and assesses the risks associated with each key asset, and then develops appropriate risk mitigation plans to reduce the likelihood and impact of failure.
- Managing asset reliability projects, driving solutions to increase uptime and overall asset effectiveness.
- Leading cross-functional teams: The ARM works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset reliability strategies and initiatives.
- Define a Asset Preformance Management data base and tool to deploy globally
- Mapping of Life Cycle Management of critical equipment: Mapping the life cycle management of an asset involves developing a plan for managing the asset throughout each stage of its life cycle.
- Annual replacement and obsolescence global strategy that ensures that external opportunities are capitalize internally.




- Identify key OUs asset/equipment in the strategic projects and scouting for alternative sourcing like auctions, refurbishment or second-hand in order to achieving major annual Capex avoidance.
- Support Engineering and Procurement teams to negotiate and transfer the assets to final site.
- Review and challenge of Global CAPEX and GSO initiatives to align with asset replacement strategy
- Develop and strengthen the relationship with key suppliers to help maintenance areas have adequate support to maintain our assets
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and cross-functional areas of each OU in order to ensure their engagement and support of business improvement activities

Requirements & Considerations

- Experience in maintenance and process manufacturing
- Advanced business and technical English
- Education: Bachelor or Engineering degree related to the role.
