We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role combines broad Human Resources responsibilities with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about supporting both candidates and employees throughout the recruitment and employee lifecycle.

What You Will Do:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent databases, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate candidate records, and manage communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies,



procedures, and best practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, performance management, and culture-building activities.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, responding to questions related to policies, processes, and people matters.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different roles and profiles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employee lifecycle processes, and labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, ownership, and professionalism.
- Advanced English
- Experience in international, fast-paced, or startup environments.
