We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our integral network team, supporting both on-site and remote operations across multiple regions. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our enterprise network infrastructure.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in a rotational on-call service to support mission-critical network operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate within a global network operations team, supporting on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Ensure high availability and stability of network services (switching, routing, WLAN, security, cloud).
- Participate in rotational on-call duty and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
- Monitor network performance and availability, including baselining and proactive issue detection.
- Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.




- Provide network expertise to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Plan, design, and implement voice and data communication networks aligned with business requirements.
- Evaluate, test, and integrate new network technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standards.
- Define and implement processes to ensure network configuration conformity.

? Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Engineering, or related field.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in network operations.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
