Main Purpose

Collaborate in the end-to-end execution of Sigma Foods’ Investor Relations activities, transforming financial, operating and strategic information into clear, consistent and timely communications for shareholders, potential investors, sell-side analysts, rating agencies and other market participants. Coordinate deliverables, analysis and engagement that strengthen the team's relationship with business and operational units gathering operational insights while conveying relevant information and investor feedback to internal teams.

Main Responsibilities

- Participate in the quarterly and annual earnings reporting process, including calendar, data collection and validation, earnings report, presentation, conference call script, Q&A;, releases and multichannel distribution.
- Produce financial and market analysis covering historical performance, consensus, valuation, liquidity, capital structure, shareholder base, peers and decision-relevant indicators.
- Prepare executive materials for senior management, the Board of Directors, and investor meetings, ensuring consistency across messages, figures and public disclosures.
- Coordinate engagement with investors, analysts, rating agencies, banks, exchanges and specialized providers; prepare profiles, agendas, talking points and follow-up actions.
- Support roadshows, conferences, investor days, site visits and one-on-one meetings, including audience prioritization and feedback tracking.
- Manage IR content and channels, including the website, distribution lists, databases, financial calendar and document repository, with strong version control and traceability.
- Monitor market perception, sector trends, peer developments and emerging issues; synthesize implications and recommendations for management.
- Coordinate special projects related to capital markets, corporate governance, debt, dividends, indices, investor targeting and IR process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with disclosure policies,



quiet periods, confidentiality requirements and internal approvals; promptly escalate risks or inconsistencies.
- Supervise and develop assigned analysts or interns, set priorities, review deliverables and promote high standards of analysis, writing and collaboration.
- Maintain continuous engagement with business units and central functions to develop a deep understanding of current business dynamics, strategic priorities, challenges and risks.
- Take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects, synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations, and present conclusions and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements & Considerations

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in areas with strong quantitative and analytical focus.
- Experience: Experience in investor relations, FP&A;, investment banking, equity research, capital markets or related fields; experience coordinating deliverables and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge: financial analysis and/or capital markets (debt and equity)
- Languages: professional Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Competencies: analytical thinking, judgment, executive communication, strong attention to detail, planning, urgency, confidentiality, collaboration and influence without authority.
- Availability: occasional travel and flexibility during earnings periods and relevant events.
