Junior Billing Systems Consultant (Telco / IT)

Job Summary

Join our team to start your career in the telecommunications and billing industry. You will support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise Billing and Revenue Management systems. Working alongside senior consultants, you will gain hands-on experience in technical analysis, system configuration, and software integration across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in configuring core billing, charging, invoicing, and customer management functionalities.
- Support functional and technical design activities based on client requirements.
- Help troubleshoot issues, perform basic root cause analysis, and assist in incident resolution.
- Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.




- Maintain clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional development teams.

Requirements

- Degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related IT fields.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, C/C++) or scripting.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high eagerness to learn complex systems.
- Must reside in Mexico (preferably Mexico City) with good technical English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Telecommunications concepts, enterprise software, or REST APIs.
