Job Objective

Manage and execute Human Resources processes in the plant, with a strategic focus on labor relations, ensuring legal compliance, job stability, talent development and effective support to manufacturing operations.

Main responsibilities

- Manage labour relations and ensure compliance with current labour legislation.
- Advise leaders on personnel administration, labor discipline, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate processes of terminations, labor terminations and internal investigations.
- Monitor indicators of turnover, absenteeism, discipline and work environment.
- Execute recruitment, selection, onboarding and personnel movement processes.
- Support training, development, and organizational communication programs.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to Human Resources.
- Act as a strategic partner of the operational areas to guarantee the continuity and productivity of the plant.

Required Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources within the manufacturing industry.
- Solid experience in labor relations,



conflict management and labor law.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
