About the role

Join our team as a Logistics/Warehouse Specialist in Mexico City and play a key role in coordinating end-to-end logistics operations for products moving primarily from the United States and Europe into Mexico. You will support import and customs activities, coordinate secondary logistics from the border to customers, and work across road, rail and ocean transportation to help ensure products are delivered safely, compliantly and on time. This role is especially important as our Mexico operation continues to grow across key customer channels.

The Logistics/Warehouse Specialist will work closely with supply sources, manufacturing sites, GBS, freight forwarders, warehousing providers, customs partners, carriers, Operating Units, and Sales & Marketing to coordinate international logistics and customer fulfillment.

Key tasks

- Coordinate end-to-end import logistics for shipments from the United States and Europe into Mexico across road, rail and ocean transportation.
- Work closely with customs agents and logistics partners to ensure import documentation is accurate and all customs and cross-border requirements are met.
- Coordinate secondary logistics from the border to customers in Mexico, working with designated carriers to support reliable and timely deliveries.




- Lead customer fulfillment activities in collaboration with supply sources, GBS, manufacturing sites, freight forwarders, warehousing providers and other value-chain partners.
- Drive HSSE and quality standards across logistics operations and strengthen safety leadership with internal teams and external contractors.
- Lead monthly SLA reviews covering operational performance, projects, HSSE, quality, service and cost, and support continuous-improvement actions.
- Support supply chain costs, inventory targets, project roadmaps and customer requests while working with Operating Units to optimize service, cost and working capital.
- Manage the activities of the D2D Logistics Analyst and support the execution of new-product, geographic-extension and broader end-to-end value-chain initiatives.

Experience Required

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, supply management or a related operational environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Mexican customs and import requirements, with experience supporting cross-border logistics into Mexico.
- Practical understanding of supply chain operations, including planning, inventory control, warehousing, distribution and customer fulfillment.
- Experience coordinating logistics across road, rail and ocean transportation modes.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, networking and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience supporting continuous-improvement initiatives and resolving operational or customer-fulfillment issues.




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with functional supply chain capability.
- Bilingual English and Spanish, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience

- Experience coordinating with customs brokers or customs agents.
- SAP knowledge.
- Experience in lubricants, automotive/OEM, CPG, chemical or another relevant manufacturing environment.

Location and work setting Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Work setting: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
