About role

We are seeking an experienced professional marketing account manager to lead project operations, operational planning, and account management. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing client onboarding, supporting internal and external teams, and driving the success of initiatives across Sapphire Media and Sapphire Labs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational planning, project operation, and comprehensive account management.
- Manage client onboarding and client follow-up, including setting and meeting agendas.
- Oversee project timelines and plans, identifying and escalating risks while proactively proposing solutions.
- Coordinate seamlessly between internal team members and external vendors.
- Review project deliverables to ensure high accuracy.
- Research documentation using approved AI automation tools.
- Provide essential scheduling and administrative support.
- Update the CRM and provide sales and marketing support, including assisting with proposals and pitch decks.
- Support Sapphire Media, Sapphire Labs,



and other marketing tasks when capacity allows.

Key Requirements
- Professional English verbal and written communication skills.
- +3 years of experience in Project Management.
- +3 years of experience working in a marketing agency or related service business.
- +1 year of experience utilizing AI tools.
- Versatility and proficiency in various project management tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM tools.

Working conditions
- Location: 100% remote environment.
- Schedule: 11:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. PST. - 5 hours per day.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to transition to a full-time schedule next month. Full-time: 1,150 USD.
