What You'll Do

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Drive timely resolution of customer issues and escalations
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on complex technical challenges
- Improve support processes, performance metrics, and operational efficiency
- Deliver technical coaching and training to team members

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



or related field
- 5+ years of technical support experience
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, IP)
- Experience with CRM/ticketing tools such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English proficiency

Preferred
- ITIL certification or similar process management experience
- Telecommunications or networking industry experience
