Qualifications Requirements

3 years or above experience in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support, better have customer facing support experience.

Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team

Good multiple task handling and cooperation skills

Fluent English speaking and professional business writing skills

Strong problem solving skills

Strong communication skills and documentation skills

Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative

Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

Able to adapt in general team culture and communication in different locations

Open-minded, reliable and independent

What additional skills will be good to have?

Microsoft PowerApp/ Power Platform or relevant Low Code/ No Code experience

Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies / applications required for successful project delivery through continuous learning and training
