About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Processing Manager to join an established FX operation in Mexico.

The idóneo candidate has strong hands-on experience within FX/Forex processing, understands the full payment and transaction lifecycle, and has proven experience managing a processing team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Processing Manager in the FX industry
- Proven experience managing and leading a processing team
- Strong knowledge of FX payment and transaction processing
- Experience with deposits, withdrawals, payment methods and transaction reconciliation
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML and compliance-related processing procedures
- Ability to monitor processing performance, accuracy and turnaround times




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with KPIs and operational targets
- English & Spanish – MUST
- Proven track record and measurable performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven FX environment
