We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join a multinational organization with operations across Latin America. This role will play a key part in driving financial transparency, supporting regional leadership, and ensuring compliance with global reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze financial information from multiple countries across the region to support strategic decisionmaking.
Ensure financial and accounting data complies with corporate policies, reporting requirements, and risk management standards.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements for regional entities.
Develop and deliver management reports for regional and integral stakeholders.
Partner with shared service teams to validate financial records and maintain reporting accuracy.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely responses and effective compliance management.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing financial insights, resolving complex financial matters, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.





What We Are Looking For

Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and regional consolidations.
Experience working within multinational and multicountry environments.
Knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit processes.
Advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence decisionmaking and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Advanced English proficiency.
