DAIKIN MANUFACTURING IS HIRING A Senior Digital Product Manager – LeahAI
Location: Monterrey, México
Reporting to: U.S.-based Digital Leadership
Work Model: Hybrid
Daikin is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, management, and continuous improvement of LeahAI, Daikin’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
This role will serve as the primary product owner for the platform, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the platform vendor to identify business needs, prioritize enhancements, manage the product roadmap, and drive continuous improvements in the user experience and business processes.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing enterprise software platforms, a solid understanding of technology, and preferably hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management, Legal Technology, or similar enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously manage the LeahAI product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and enhancement initiatives.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, Compliance, and other business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Act as the primary product owner and business point of contact for the platform.
- Work closely with the LeahAI vendor to coordinate platform enhancements, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, architecture, and technical teams to evaluate business needs, integrations, and potential platform enhancements.
- Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and enhancement specifications.
- Evaluate and prioritize new features based on business value,
user needs, operational efficiency, and product strategy.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project planning, and product delivery activities.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for new platform capabilities and improvements.
- Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and overall user experience.
- Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and change management.
- Develop and maintain training materials and support business users throughout product changes and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, automation, efficiency, visibility, and compliance.
- Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and recommendations to business and Digital leadership.
- Research emerging capabilities and technology trends that could enhance the platform and deliver additional business value.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Product Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in technology, software, product management, or related areas.
- Strong experience managing enterprise software platforms or digital products.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and initiatives in a global organization.
- Valid U.S. passport and visa, with ability to travel to the U.S. as required.
Preferred
- 2+ years of direct experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or Legal Technology.
- Experience managing legal, contract management, procurement, or other enterprise business platforms.
- Experience working with vendors and external technology partners.
- Agile, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar certification.
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
Travel
This position is based in Monterrey, Méixoc, and reports to U.S.-based Digital leadership. The role may require travel to Daikin’s corporate office in Minnesota, approximately once per month, to collaborate with key stakeholders and support the platform and business initiatives.
