Job Title: Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, production support, and continuous improvement of WFS solutions for clients across Latin America and North America. The consultant will work directly with clients and international teams, handling both project and AMS activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, support, and troubleshoot WorkForce Software (WFS) solutions.
- Work extensively with Time & Attendance (T&A;) and Workforce Scheduling.
- Analyze requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.
- Resolve production incidents and support AMS activities.
- Develop and support WFS interfaces, integrations, APIs, and reports.
- Collaborate with international clients and distributed project teams.
- Communicate directly with clients in Spanish and English.
- Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and ongoing WFS operations.




- Maintain effective documentation and follow incident-resolution processes.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience with WorkForce Software (WFS).
- Strong hands-on experience with WFS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of T&A;, Workforce Scheduling, interfaces, and reporting.
- Advanced/fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
- Experience working with international clients and teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in project and support environments.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Experience in AMS / Application Management Services and production support.
- Experience with WFS integrations, APIs, interfaces, and databases.
- WorkForce Software certifications.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, labor regulations, or HR systems.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Experience supporting clients across Latin America and/or the United States.
