Join our engineering team as a Staff Software Quality Assurance Engineer and take ownership of the UI testing strategy for ServAssure UI, a modern web-based network monitoring platform used in complex telecommunications environments.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead automation initiatives, define release quality standards, mentor engineers, and work closely with developers in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade software.

What You'll Do

- Lead the UI testing strategy for ServAssure UI
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and BrowserStack
- Define test plans, regression strategies, and release-readiness criteria
- Execute manual and automated testing across UI, API, and integration layers
- Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate quality risks
- Partner closely with developers in Agile development cycles
- Prepare release quality reports and stakeholder updates




- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of Software QA and Test Automation experience
- Expertise building automated test frameworks for web applications
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and BrowserStack
- Experience testing enterprise, distributed, or cloud-based systems
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience testing Angular or other modern SPA applications
- Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar test management tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence quality standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Cypress or Playwright experience
- CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins or similar)
- Performance, load, or security testing experience
- AI-assisted QA tooling experience
- Java knowledge
- Telecom, Cable, or Network Management software experience
- BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)
- Linux experience
- Accessibility, visual regression, or data-driven testing experience
