Job Purpose
Enables talent capabilities by translating business priorities into integrated talent solutions across Talent Management and Development. This role partners with business leaders and general teams to identify talent needs, provide local insights, and design, implement, and improve initiatives that strengthen critical capabilities, leadership pipelines, and organizational readiness. It also acts as a talent advisor for key specialized positions, combining business understanding and candidate assessment to support talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage business leaders to identify talent and capability needs, assess organizational risks and opportunities, strengthen succession readiness for critical roles, and translate talent priorities into integrated development, mobility, learning, and talent acquisition actions.
- Design, implement, and improve talent programs and experiences aligned with organizational priorities, including professional development, technical career paths, young talent, and other critical talent populations.
- Support talent acquisition collaborating with leaders to define success profiles, evaluate talent through structured methodologies, and provide evidence-based recommendations. Facilitate calibration discussions and leverage market intelligence to identify the best talent solutions.
- Enable talent capabilities through learning programs, scholarships, upskilling initiatives, and solutions, identifying opportunities across internal and external learning ecosystems while evaluating providers and programs to ensure quality, relevance, participant experience, and business impact.
- Drive the evolution of talent processes, operating models, and frameworks through benchmarking and stakeholder input. Coordinate cross-functional and global stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies,
and support pilots and change adoption to ensure successful execution and sustainable impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, translating organizational priorities into talent strategies and actions. Provide guidance on development, succession, and programs while fostering alignment across cross-functional and global stakeholders and challenging existing approaches to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Specialized training in Human Resources, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Business or related disciplines is desirable.
- Typically, 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development or related areas.
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders to capture needs and translate them into talent solutions.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies and implementation milestones.
- Experience developing presentations, business cases or decision material for leadership audiences.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
