Responsibilities

The Opportunity Lead the end-to-end deployment and execution of a portfolio of technology and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions, ensuring effective coordination, execution, adoption and realization of expected business outcomes.

The role is accountable for translating program priorities into executable deployment plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing interdependencies, tracking milestones and proactively addressing risks and issues. Working across Business, Technology, Product, Architecture and external partners, the Technical Deployment Lead ensures initiatives are deployed effectively and consistently while maintaining alignment with business priorities and transformation objectives.

Your Impact

As Technical Program Senior Manager your scope would consist of …

- Lead the deployment and execution of a portfolio of technology and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and expected business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain integrated deployment plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, key decisions and business readiness across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Product, Architecture, Data and external partners to ensure effective execution and deployment.




- Manage dependencies and interlocks across initiatives and functions, proactively identifying potential impacts and driving resolution of issues that could affect delivery.
- Establish and maintain program governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID management, decision logs and escalation mechanisms.
- Partner with project and product leads to ensure initiatives maintain clear scope, timelines, ownership and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate key deployment activities including testing, business readiness, change management, training, cutover, communications and hypercare.
- Monitor program performance through delivery KPIs, identifying deviations from plan and driving corrective actions with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional forums and working sessions to drive alignment, remove blockers and accelerate execution.
- Provide regular executive-level visibility into program progress, risks, dependencies, decisions and overall deployment health.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

- Proven experience coordinating multiple technology or digital initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and managing complex cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong project management capabilities, including:
- Planning and scheduling
- Risk and issue management
- Dependency management
- Resource coordination
- Milestone tracking
- Financial tracking
- Executive reporting

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience coordinating deployment and implementation activities across multiple teams.
- Technology & Digital Transformation

- General understanding of enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives.




- Ability to understand technology dependencies and translate technical information into actionable plans for business stakeholders.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data and Technology teams.
- Understanding of enterprise applications, digital platforms, data and integration capabilities.
- Ability to quickly learn different technologies and business processes depending on the initiatives being coordinated.
- Business Partnership

- Experience working with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong ability to translate business priorities into execution plans.
- Experience coordinating initiatives where accountability is distributed across different teams and organizations.
