We are looking for a Technical Test Analyst II to lead technically complex Quality Assurance activities across both manual and automated testing.

This position combines test strategy, hands-on automation development, framework ownership, defect investigation, technical troubleshooting, and mentorship.

The successful candidate will be capable of independently designing and maintaining automation solutions while partnering with developers, product professionals, business analysts, and QA teams to improve software quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Perform advanced manual and automated testing across complex software systems.
- Validate functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and relevant security requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and automation frameworks.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and investigate software defects.
- Collaborate with development teams on root-cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Identify technical risks and dependencies throughout the software development lifecycle and recommend appropriate mitigation.
- Partner with product managers, developers, business analysts, and QA stakeholders to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality insights.
- Maintain technical QA tooling and supporting software environments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting QA teams and provide technical support where required.
- Apply established coding, version-control, documentation, and security practices.
- Perform code reviews when appropriate.
- Mentor junior test analysts and support their technical development.




- Identify opportunities to improve QA tooling, automation, and testing processes.
- Evaluate emerging QA technologies and methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 2-4+ years of professional software testing and Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong experience with both manual and automated testing across complex software environments.
- Advanced proficiency with test automation technologies such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or comparable frameworks.
- Proficiency with at least one relevant programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and optimize test automation frameworks independently.
- Ability to write and maintain production-quality QA or automation code with limited supervision.
- Strong defect investigation and root-cause-analysis skills.
- Experience developing comprehensive test plans and test strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex software systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior QA professionals or providing technical guidance.
- Familiarity with software development, version-control, security, and code-management practices.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB or comparable software-testing certification.
- Experience with performance and scalability testing.
- Experience incorporating security considerations into software testing.
- Experience reviewing automation code or maintaining shared QA codebases.
- Experience supporting or maintaining development/QA tools and SDKs.
- Experience driving QA process improvements across multiple teams.
