¿De qué estarás a cargo en este rol?

You will

- Desarrollar el negocio de rentas en la región / área asignada incluyendo ventas y servicios.

- Cumplir o exceder los objetivos establecidos para el negocio, a través de la intensiva prospección y

venta.

- Llevar a cabo cualquier actividad relacionada para el Desarrollo de Negocios asignado por la

Gerencia.

- Controla los gastos, al tiempo que maximiza los activos de la compañía, tiempo, habilidades y niveles

de beneficios.

- Identificar clientes y mercados claves dentro de la región / área asignada.

- Gestionar, contactar, aplicar y vender servicios de rentas directamente a los clientes en región / área

asignada.

- Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de ventas y marketing para maximizar los resultados del

negocio con estos clientes y mercados.

- Establecer relaciones y mantener un contacto regular con los clientes existentes y nuevos

(particularmente cuentas fundamental y personal de ventas directas).

- Responder rápidamente a consultas de los clientes.

- Participar activamente en la planeación de actividades de prospección orientadas a aumentar la base

de clientes e incrementar la cuota de mercado.

- Asistir a ferias, exposiciones, congresos, reuniones y otras oportunidades de promoción

local, regional y nacional. Mantener una imagen profesional en todo momento a través de acciones e iniciativas personales * Esta posición está enfocada en liderar procesos de venta para la organización, actuando como un especialista de Cuentas Clave. El puesto no incluye personal a cargo ni responsabilidades de supervisión directa

To succeed, you will need

Experiencia

- 3 años de experiencia en ventas con cuentas clave, preferentemente en renta de equipos o campos relacionados. 3 años

en ventas directas





- 3 años trabajando con equipos de compresión de aire, boosters y generación de energía

Conocimientos

- Energético, proactivo, auto dirigido y con excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación

verbales y escritas. Habilidades con MS Office, como Word, Excel y PowerPoint

- Gran capacidad de análisis, organización y planificación.

- Significativo contar con licencia de conducir y pasaporte vigente

- Inglés intermedio alto
