Key Responsibilities

- Gather reporting requirements and dashboard needs from stakeholders.
- Participate in business analysis activities to identify reporting opportunities.
- Communicate trends and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present insights effectively.




- Create and maintain regular reports and KPI dashboards using Tableau.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to support business objectives.
- Perform large-scale data analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities through ad hoc analysis and trend evaluation to improve KPIs.
- Support business stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of reports for internal and external users.
- Provide reporting and analytics support as required.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of report quality.
- Deliver training and guidance to users on generating ad hoc reports.
- Drive task automation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Travel as required based on departmental and project needs.

Professional Experience

- Proficiency in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
- Experience implementing data visualization solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.
- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), ETL processes, and analytics.
- Experience with analytical programming using Python.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and experience in data warehousing design and data mining (preferred).
