Role Overview

The Human Resources Managerisastrategicbusinesspartnerresponsibleforleadingpeopleinitiativesthatdriveorganizationalperformance,culture,andemployeeexperience. Thisroleoverseesthedesignandexecutionof HRstrategies,ensureslegalcompliance,andfostersahigh -performing,inclusive,andengagingworkplace.

Thepositioncombinesstrategicleadershipwithoperationalexcellence,leveragingdata -driveninsightstosupportbusinessobjectivesandworkforcesustainability.

Requirements Bachelor’sdegreeinhumanresources, Business Administration,orrelatedfield(required).
Master’sdegreeor HRcertification(plus).
Minimumof8+yearsofprogressive HRexperience,includingstrategic HRleadership
Provenexperienceasan HRBusiness Partneror HRManagerindynamicenvironments
Advanced English(B2+orhigher)
Data -drivenmindsetwithexperiencein HRanalytics
Digital HRmindset(experiencewith HRIS,automation,orpeopleanalyticstools)





Job Responsibilities Human Resourceplanningisacontinuous,data -drivenprocesstomakesurethattheorganizationhastherightpeopleintherightplaceattherighttimetoachieveitsstrategicgoals.
Ensure Performance Managementisdeployedconsistentlyandstandardizedwithintheorganizationandfosterdeepconversationsduringcalibrationsessionstochallengeperformancerates.
Enablingemployeestodeveloptheskillstheyneedforthefuture,bridgingthegapbetweentheworkforcetodayandtheworkforceneededsoon.
Maintainingandcultivatingrelationshipswiththeambassadorsandthe Company.
Tobeacredibleactivistfortheemployeesbybeinga People Advocate.
Creatingandimplementinghealthandsafetyregulations.
Become Legal Representativeforauthoritiesrelatedto HRtopicsandensurecompliancewithlegalrequirements
Supportingemployeessothattheycandotheirbestwork,involvingandpromotingmental,physical,andfinancialwell -being.

Supervisestheprocessofrenewalofthe IDSEcertificatesothattheexecutionofemployeehiresandterminationsisachieved.
Responsibleforthesafeguardingofthepersonalinformationofemployeesinthe Human Resourcesfile,tocomplywithlegalrequirements.
Manages Staff Servicessuchas Cafeteria Service, Medical Service,and Parkingincoordinationwiththe Facilitiesteam
Ensureconsistentcompensation,pre -payroll&benefitspracticesforallemployeesanddepartmentsincoordinationwiththe; Comp&Benteam;,whoistheowneroftheseprocesses.
