This position delivers practical on-the-job training and guidance to direct production personnel and supports the supervisor in coordinating the activities required to meet the production schedule with quality and efficiency.Responsibilities:Support the supervisor in coordinating actions to meet weekly production schedules with quality and efficiency.Verify compliance with the production schedule for the assigned work area.Coordinate personnel movements related to attendance, overtime, and leave requests.Monitor hourly performance against the daily production plan.Support the training of new employees and evaluate the material produced during training.Prepare assigned reports.Requirements:Education: High school diploma preferred.Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment or a similar position.Technical knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.Competencies:
