The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

- Own product features end to end, taking defined requirements and designs through development, testing, and production.
- Build and maintain functionality across both the frontend and backend of the application.
- Translate Figma designs into polished, reusable product experiences using the existing component and Storybook workflow.
- Develop application logic, APIs, integrations, and data models that support new and existing product functionality.
- Work within the existing cloud environment to support deployments, review logs, manage application configurations, and troubleshoot issues when needed.
- Collaborate closely with product, design,



and engineering to make practical technical decisions and keep development moving.
- Work independently, communicate progress clearly, flag blockers early, and take responsibility for getting assigned features completed.

Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)

- 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping complete applications in production.
- Strong full stack TypeScript experience with demonstrated production work across both frontend and backend development.
- Strong React experience building real production applications.
- Experience with relational databases and ORMs such as Prisma, TypeORM, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with modern component based development practices, including Storybook and design systems.
- Comfortable working with applications hosted in cloud environments such as AWS. Deep infrastructure or AWS expertise is not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and independent ownership, with the ability to work from clear requirements without constant supervision.

Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise
(What would be great for you to have)

- Experience with NestJS or similar Node.js backend frameworks.
- Experience with asynchronous queues, background jobs, or job processing systems.
- Experience building B2B SaaS products or internal tools.
