Quality Auditor

Location: Tetla What are your main tasks?

- Validates product quality by verifying adherence to the quality controls defined by the Process Quality Engineer in the control plan.
- Issues, disseminates, and validates compliance with quality alerts;
- Ensures personnel carry out the defined certification methods.
- Immediately reports any failure to follow quality controls to the Process Quality Engineer.
- Maintains quality records in accordance with the Control Plan.
- Responsible for executing containment activities (quality alerts, material inspection, identification, and break-point determination).
- Updates quality criteria and/or master samples.
- Follows up on and closes out process deviations detected during daily reviews.
- Executes the escalation process in accordance with the reaction plan.




Actively participate in the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions required by the customer.
- Participate in the implementation of control plans.
- Prepare, maintain, and safeguard inspection records.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reference sample sets (quality criteria and/or master parts).
- Train personnel (operators and supervisors) on quality criteria documentation and/or master parts.

What are your qualifications?
- Q-Methods collecting data and analysis /Quality method for prevention/quality tools
- VDA 6.5
- Process cut and sewing
- GPQ (Problem Solving)
- Measurement System, reference parts, part history
- 1 year of experience in the same position, industrial engineering, High school education and/or production processes or quality systems.
