Experience testing and validating SAP environments, including SAP-based business processes, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect management within SAP ecosystems. Proven experience defining, implementing, and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) strategies for software products. Experience ensuring software meets both functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives. Strong understanding of quality standards and testing policies within an organization. Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and specifications. Experience determining and selecting appropriate types and levels of test evidence. Experience leading, coordinating, and managing testing teams across:
Functional Testing Non-Functional Testing Manual Testing Automated Testing Experience providing guidance, coaching, training, and oversight to QA teams. Experience reporting test results and managing defect remediation strategies. Strong collaboration skills with development teams and business stakeholders.
Experience delivering high-quality software products within defined timelines and budgets.

Experience mentoring and developing QA professionals.
Experience managing large or cross-functional testing teams. Experience with QA governance and process improvement initiatives. QA-related certifications (e.g., ISTQB, TMMi, Certified Test Manager). Experience with test automation strategy and scaling automation frameworks.
