Objective:As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you'll leverage your expertise in GenAI applications toprovide strategic insights and solutions to our clients in the financial services industry.
You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize processes through advanceddata science methodologies, ultimately driving client success and digital transformation.Key Responsibilities:∙Develop and deploy GenAI applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmentedgeneration (RAG), Agentic Frameworks, and finetuning techniques tailored to financialservices.
∙Utilize Azure cloud services to ensure scalable and efficient data processing and analysis.
∙Apply Python programming to create innovative solutions and automate complexworkflows.
∙Implement machine learning techniques, with an emphasis on tree-based models such asDecision Trees, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting.
∙Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide strategicguidance.




∙Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for technology-driven enhancementsand articulate value propositions.Qualifications:∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
∙Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on building GenAIapplications.
∙Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Python programming.
∙Desirable background in machine learning, particularly tree-based models.
∙Full professional fluency in English (C1) is mandatory.
∙Former consulting experience is strongly desirable.
∙Advanced communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
∙Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
