Director, Supply Chain Master's degree is a plus .
6–8+ years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, distribution, or related functions.
Strong experience managing suppliers, contracts, negotiations, and purchasing strategies .
Proven leadership experience with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including executive-level audiences.
Experience managing budgets and understanding the financial impact of supply chain decisions.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Import/export experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel between Mexico and the U.S. , as needed.
Ability to work a minimum of four days per week onsite at the corporate office in Mexico City.
