Location
Hermosillo, Sonora.
Your new role
Lead daily production execution within an assigned operational area.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Manage production planning execution and key plant KPIs.
Lead and develop production teams and frontline leadership.
Drive operational improvements and support a more structured manufacturing approach.
Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution across the operation.
What you ́ll need to be successful
Engineering degree or similar technical background.
Previous experience as a Production Manager in automotive manufacturing, at least 5 years as manager.
Strong exposure to high-volume production environments.
Solid knowledge of production planning, shopfloor execution,



and operational KPIs.
Advanced English required.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
