We're hiring: Sales and DND Director for Changan Mexico
We're looking for a Sales and DND Director to join our team in Mexico City and lead our sales strategy and dealer network growth.
What we're looking for:
~10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks~
Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position
Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market
Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Advanced English C1
Availability to travel
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus
Main responsibilities:
Lead the sales strategy and support the achievement of our national sales targets
Grow and strengthen the Changan dealer network
Follow up on dealer performance and profitability
Develop sales processes and improvement plans
Work closely with Network Development, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance
Lead and develop the Sales team
Mexico City | Polanco
