As a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer‑centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for analyzing customer touchpoints and designing customer journey maps to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will motivate and inspire team members, coaching them to deliver quality work and manage performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor others, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members.





Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to develop customer‑centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth

Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Leading projects by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing them successfully

Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables

Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage development beyond comfort zones

Addressing conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders

Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve customer engagement and retention

Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement and customer value proposition enhancement

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor’s degree

At least 3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications

Demonstrating analytical thinking to identify system linkages and interactions

Excelling in customer experience design and strategy development

Utilizing business process improvement techniques to enhance client outcomes
