The selected candidate will be hired directly by Control Risks as a Security Operations Center Operator based in México City. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in México, with a particular focus on the state of Tamaulipas and México City, especially in areas surrounding locations frequently visited by the Client’s travelers. Role tasks and responsibilities GPS tracking and traveler check-ins during transfers. Support the preparation of reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations. Send real-time information and alerts to users while they are en route. Assist in developing standard tracking and communication protocols with travelers. Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers Requirements Teamwork Strong communication skills Organized and able to multitask Analytical thinking High school diploma completed Intermediate English level (minimum B1) Availability to work rotating shifts Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Planner) #J-18808-Ljbffr
