The producer owns the client relationship and the creative. You own the machine that gets the work done on time: boards, folders, schedules, call sheets, crew and partner coordination, asset chasing, close-out data. You'll have a dozen projects moving at once and you'll know where every one of them stands.This is not a creative role. If you want to direct, shoot, or edit, this isn't the seat. Requirements~3+ years in video production coordination or production project management~ Have personally coordinated 5+ video projects at the same time~ Have built call sheets, shot lists, or production schedules for real shoots~ Daily use of , Asana, or Click Up as a system of record for 12+ months~ Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
