Talent Acquisition Specialist - Startups and Scale-ups

You will be instrumental in building the foundational teams for their portfolio companies, identifying exceptional talent across various functions, from engineering to operations. This role requires a proactive approach, a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment. You'll act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership teams, helping them scale their organizations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles,



with a focus on technical and early-stage positions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates in competitive markets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a startup, scale-up, or tech-focused agency.
- Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles, including engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges of early-stage hiring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies; experience in a remote setting is essential.
