Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development , with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM/ITOM .
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations , and custom applications.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, Service Catalog, and scoped applications .
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, troubleshooting, integrations, and development best practices .
