Chiaphua Components Group in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) to lead quality assurance for automotive motor assemblies. You will review motor designs during APQP, drive PFMEAs for winding and brush-box assembly, and approve PPAP documentation including Control Plans and MSA.

You will verify Poka-Yoke, conduct line audits, and monitor SPC charts for critical CTQ parameters. The role requires strong English communication and experience with 0-km rejections and RMAs.
