Johnson Controls is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to craft role profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring plans while delivering a positive candidate experience.
You will build strong talent pipelines using job boards, networks, referrals, and social recruiting, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to drive hiring decisions and process efficiency.
