We are seeking an Account Executive to support a fast-growing US company with opening up entirely new customer categories for its ecommerce chargeback protection platform. This role suits a self-starter from ecom, payments, or SaaS sales who builds their own pipeline and owns deals from first touch to close.

Salary: Top-of-market base salary paid in USD Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect across multiple categories, including CRM platforms, ecommerce brands, SaaS companies, and agencies, wherever chargebacks affect the business or its customers
- Reach decision-makers through whatever channel works: LinkedIn, cold email, website contact forms, DMs, and warm intros
- Nurture relationships and build the business case for less obvious deals, backing it with real numbers
- Run the full sales cycle, covering demos, objection handling, pricing, closing, and handoff to onboarding




- Turn case studies from live merchants into outreach and closed deals
- Share insights from calls to shape the pitch and decide which categories to target next

Candidate Profile

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Sales background in ecommerce, payments, or SaaS, selling into brands, platforms, or software companies (running your own store or agency also counts)
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing your own deals with no outside help
- Creative and persistent about getting in the door across channels
- Understanding of chargebacks, or the ability to learn them quickly
- Comfortable working without a playbook, RevOps support, or SDRs
