? What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring effective credit risk management and collection processes.
Your responsibilities will include
✅ Monitoring the accounts receivable portfolio and supporting credit risk control.
✅ Preparing recommendations for bad debt provisions and write-offs in accordance with company policies.
✅ Managing open credit notes, unapplied payments, and collection activities.
✅ Analyzing financial data and preparing reports on collections performance and credit exposure.
✅ Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, GBS Costa Rica, and GBS India teams.
✅ Participating in credit management meetings and ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues.
✅ Monitoring invoicing processes and following up on disputes and collection cases.
✅ Supporting digital platforms, user adoption, process improvements, and performance indicators.
✅ Providing local support to customers and internal stakeholders.
? What We're Looking For
Education
? Bachelor's degree in:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Economics
- International Business
- Related fields
A Finance specialization is a plus.
Experience
? 1-2 years of experience in:
- Accounts Receivable
- Treasury
- Credit Management
- Operational Finance
Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
✔ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Languages
? Upper-Intermediate English (B1-B2 CEFR)
Written and verbal communication skills are required.
