Position Summary

We are seeking a technical, dynamic, and execution-focused professional to join our business group. You will work directly with ownership and management to transform operational needs and ideas into tangible technological solutions. Your primary mission will be to document current processes across our various departments (accounting, finance, administration, and sales) and build automated workflows and AI agents (primarily utilizing Anthropic’s Claude) that eliminate manual data entry and optimize our team's time.

This is an adecuado role for a tech-savvy "doer" looking to make a direct impact on the growth of a traditional business, gaining executive exposure and learning directly from the vision of successful entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering: Work hand-in-hand with management to understand day-to-day operations (e.g., pipe inventory control, construction estimates, accounting flows) and translate these business needs into technical requirements.
- Agile Integration & Development: Build automated workflows connecting email, databases, and ERPs with large language models (Claude) using APIs or Low-Code/No-Code platforms (such as Make, Zapier, or n8n).
- AI Agent Configuration: Design, test, and continuously fine-tune prompts and agent instructions to ensure responses and automated actions are accurate and highly practical for administrative and operational teams.
- Operational Training: Train staff on how to seamlessly interact with the newly implemented tools, ensuring smooth, friction-free adoption across all departments.




- Support & Monitoring: Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations, ensuring the business's information flow runs uninterrupted.

Mandatory Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Practical Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience developing software integrations, consuming APIs, and utilizing automation platforms. Direct experience working with the Anthropic API (Claude) or similar LLM APIs is required.
- Languages: Fluent English (written and conversational). A significant portion of technical documentation, system configurations, and general communication will be conducted in English.
- Travel Availability: Must hold a valid US Tourist Visa (B1/B2) and Passport for periodic in-person planning visits with executive management.
- Remote Setup: Strong discipline, self-management skills, and an adequate home office setup to work 100% remotely from Mexico.

Desirable Requirements (Plus)
- Basic understanding of business administration, invoicing, and inventory management concepts.
- Prior experience connecting AI with enterprise management tools like Wrike, QuickBooks, ConstructConnect, or similar ERPs.
- A genuine interest in learning about the construction and commercial real estate sectors.
