Fronius México is seeking a hands-on Repair Center Leader to guide our Santa Catarina workshop team in Actual León. You will supervise diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of Fronius equipment while driving efficiency, safety, and service quality.

You will lead a technical team, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure smooth operations across ERP/CRM systems and inventory control. English proficiency is required for cross-border support.
