ARQ is seeking a Country Manager for Mexico to lead growth and operations in the country. You will own the country’s full P&L;, act as the bridge between general teams and the Mexican market, and drive campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
You will build scalable processes, hire and develop the local team, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure localisation and brand consistency across channels. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
