As an Assistant Community Manager , you will be responsible for:
- Primary point of contact for homeowners, providing timely, professional support and addressing questions and requests.
- Support Community Managers in the day-to-day management of assigned communities, including Board meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Maintain strong working relationships with homeowners, Board Members, vendors, and internal team members.
- Coordinate vendor work orders, bids, and community requests, ensuring proper follow-up and timely completion.
- Manage homeowner requests related to assessments, portal access, ARC applications,
compliance, and community procedures.
- Maintain accurate community records and ensure administrative tasks, communications, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Standard time: 10:00AM-6:30PM
- Daylight saving: 9:00-5:30PM
This is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day. Benefits:

Minimum requirements
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience; HOA or property management experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn VMS, Doorking, and other systems.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
- Professional, responsive, and able to handle homeowner, Board, vendor, and company information with discretion and confidentiality.
