- Handling 100% inbound calls from customers interested in telecommunications products and services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions
- Converting customer interactions into sales opportunities
- Cross-selling products and services to maximize sales performance
- Providing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
- Accurately managing customer information through internal databases and systems
- Working toward sales and performance metrics while delivering high-quality service
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- 18 years old or older
- Advanced/Bilingual English — fluent speaking, reading and writing
- Passion and genuine interest in sales
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with sales metrics and performance targets
- Computer skills, database handling and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Full availability to work on site
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
What You Will Earn
- $122 MXN per hour base salary — approximately $19,520 MXN gross per month based on 160 hours
- Unlimited commissions and sales incentives
- Guaranteed earnings during Phase 1 (Weeks 1–12): hourly base salary + 30% guaranteed bonus while your performance is evaluated
- Phase 2 (Starting Week 13): hourly base salary + 10% variable bonus + uncapped commissions
- $1,000 MXN monthly transportation allowance , according to attendance
- Grocery vouchers of $1,154 MXN per month starting after the third completed month
- Biweekly pay — every 14 days
