We are interested in candidates with a background in:- Control Systems Engineering- Mechanical Engineering- Electrical Engineering- Automotive Engineering- Computer Engineering- Computer Science- Or a related fieldCandidates with a Master's or PhD are also welcome, including those whose relevant experience comes from research, university projects, internships, or academic programs.
⭐ Key Requirements- Knowledge of control systems and powertrain systems.
- Experience or academic background with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop).
- Experience with Dynamometer / Dyno testing.
- Knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink.
- Automotive experience through professional work, internships, research, or university projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent oral and written English communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Preferred Qualifications- Powertrain Controls experience.
- Electrification / EV / Hybrid experience.
- Experience with INCA, MDA, PowerCal or CRETA.
- Experience with CANoe / CANalyzer.
- Embedded software.
- OBD / On-Board Diagnostics.
- eMachines and Power Electronics.
- Engine, transmission, or powertrain systems development.
