We're looking for an Operations Manager focused on PPC, but are also open to someone who can manage both PPC and paid social! You will own the full operational flow across all Paid Search (PPC) accounts, serving as the operational backbone for our strategists and account managers: Task Management & Execution PipelineOversee task management across all accounts, creating, assigning, scheduling, and following up on all deliverables.Workflow Coordination & Quality AssuranceCoordinate key PPC workflows, including client onboarding, platform/asset access requests, tracking setup, campaign launches, and testing calendars.Keep Click Up, internal SOPs, and account documentation organized, accurate, and up to date.Serve as the central point of contact between strategists, media buyers, performance managers,



and clients.Provide clear visibility into project status, overdue work, capacity concerns, and escalate issues only when necessary.Notice gaps or inefficiencies in delivery workflows immediately and help standardize or improve processes.Have 3+ years in digital marketing operations, media agency project management, or delivery operations.Have experience coordinating teams, media buyers, or execution specialists in PPC environments.Are extremely detail-oriented and process-driven and proactive about project municate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English (C1 level or higher required).Notice inefficiencies immediately and proactively fix them.Right now, project management and workflow oversight for PPC is spread across multiple strategists and team members.
