Key Responsibilities Market Development and Sales Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with the company's annual targets for MexicoProspect and close sales of combine harvesters, tractors, and related equipment directly to farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and large agribusiness operationsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard qualified local dealers and distributors across key agricultural states (Sonora, Sinaloa, Tamaulipas, Jalisco, Guanajuato, Veracruz, and others)Conduct product demonstrations and field days at target farms and agricultural eventsDealer Network Management Build and maintain a regional dealer network capable of supporting sales, spare parts supply, and after-sales serviceProvide dealers with commercial support, product training, and co-selling assistanceMonitor dealer performance against sales targets and implement corrective actions where neededNegotiate dealer agreements, pricing structures, and margin frameworks in line with company policyCustomer Relationship Management Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts including large farming operations, agricultural cooperatives,



and government procurement entitiesServe as the primary point of contact for Mexican customers on commercial, technical, and after-sales mattersGather and relay customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to the regional and headquarters teamsMarket Intelligence and Reporting Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product positioning across all target regionsPrepare monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market analysis for senior managementTrack and respond to government agricultural subsidy programs (PROAGRO, SADER, state-level incentives) that affect machinery purchasing decisionsRepresent the company at nationwide and regional agricultural trade shows (Expo Agroalimentaria Guanajuato, Expo FERIA Agropecuaria, and others)Coordination with Headquarters Coordinate with the China-based product, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and warranty processingSupport the localization of product materials, pricing lists, and training content for the Mexican marketParticipate in quarterly business reviews and annual planning cycles with regional leadership
